Our 60-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 60 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Damaged items received, must be returned to us within 2 weeks of receipt.

Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 60 days unless they are faulty.

We require you to send the items back to us via a recorded signed for service (the cost of this will only be refunded if the products are faulty) cost of return postage will not be refunded if you have changed your mind about the product (sent within 60 days)
